Map covered in white dots in my bz4x

Hello to all.

My map's getting covered in white dots after every route I drive. Honestly, it's super annoying! Is there a way to get rid of all these dots? TIA.

Hey there,

To turn off the feature, go into your navigation settings and look for options related to route history or map display. You should be able to disable the markers for recent routes. If you can’t find it, check the manual or reach out to your Toyota dealer for help. NP

Thanks for the tip! I’ll peek into the settings and see if I can turn that off. If not, I’ll hit up the dealer for sure. Appreciate it!

I love that you're so well-traveled, but my house is starting to look like it's under a polka-dot invasion thanks to all your location markers. Maybe dial it back a tad before my neighborhood becomes a tourist attraction?

You'll usually find the option in the map settings or navigation history, under names like "Clear History," "Delete Recent Destinations," or "Clear Saved Locations." It might be hidden in the menus but it's usually there. If you're struggling to find it check your car's navigation manual online. Those dots are annoying but thankfully you can almost always get rid ofthem.
