The official word is that the activity mount conflicts with the kick sensor. While some have attempted modifications to retain the sensor’s functionality it’s not guaranteed to work and might lead to other issues. If the kick sensor is important to you it might be best to hold off until a compatible solution is available.

Yes, it’s possible to add a hitch to the bZ4X without affecting the kick sensor, you have to just make sure the hitch is installed properly and doesn't obstruct the sensor.
