Playing youtube videos on the bz4x

I’m having trouble with Android autoplay and my Google Pixel phone when trying to play YouTube videos on the bz4x. Is there a workaround to get it working smoothly?

Toyota’s infotainment system doesn’t natively support YouTube playback through Android Auto, which is probably why you’re running into issues. If you’re just looking to listen to YouTube audio, you could try running it in the background and playing it through Bluetooth instead of Android Auto. For actual video playback you’d need to use a screen mirroring device like a Google Chromecast with a USB adapter.

Thanks, I mostly just wanted the audio, so I’ll try the Bluetooth workaround for now. Might look into the Chromecast option later if I need video playback. Appreciate it...
